Source types

Paste approved policies, FAQs, product notes, service details, or internal support instructions.

Add verified question and answer pairs for exact answers or gaps found in analytics.

Crawl one public page, or crawl same site pages within safety caps.

Crawl approved sitemap pages within the workspace safety cap.

Upload documents, images, audio, or video for extraction and embeddings. File size is controlled by global upload safety caps.

Local and private network URLs are blocked. Use public http or https pages only.

Manage

Add one source type at a time from the training page.

Review source status, character count, chunk count, crawl pages, and errors.

Retrain stale sources after source content changes.

Delete old sources when answers should no longer use that knowledge.

Safety

Training uses global upload and crawler safety caps. Website crawlers reject local and private network targets.

Quality

Use manual Q&A for exact gaps found in analytics. Prefer public help pages and clean policy documents over noisy source material.
