Workspace

Workspace billing

Billing is workspace based. Owners manage checkout, Stripe customer portal, credit packs, and Pro checkout from /dashboard/billing.

Trial credits

Free Trial workspaces receive trial credits that expire when the trial window ends.

Pro monthly credits

Pro workspaces receive monthly credits for AI replies, embeddings, setup analysis, and other AI work. Debits are based on estimated AI cost.

Yearly billing

Yearly Pro billing renews yearly while credits reset every UTC calendar month.

Credit packs

Extra credit packs add usage based credits to the active credit period and expire with that window.

AI blocking

When credits are exhausted or the trial expires, only billable AI operations return a 402 response.

Operational safeguards

Auth, roles, rate limits, upload caps, crawler safety, and domain checks still apply.

Checkout and portal

  2. 2Buy credit packsCredit packs add extra credits to the active trial or subscription period.
  3. 3Create Stripe customerThe portal becomes available after checkout creates a Stripe customer.
  4. 4Open customer portalThe owner can manage subscription details from the portal.
