Create an account, verify email, accept invites, switch workspaces, and understand how workspace ownership works.

Register and verify
Email verification is required before dashboard access.
Password reset flows use email verification codes.
The active workspace id and role are stored in the signed session cookie.

Workspaces
A workspace owns chatbots, training sources, usage, billing, team members, invites, and support tickets. Use the sidebar workspace card to switch between workspaces or create a separate workspace for another brand, client, or business unit.
Settings
Account settings
Account settings are user specific. Workspace settings are tenant specific. Keep those separate when changing personal profile details, team membership, workspace ownership, or workspace deletion.
