Install

1Copy the widget snippetOpen the chatbot Embed page and copy the generated script.
2Open Script ManagerIn BigCommerce, open the storefront Script Manager for the channel that serves the public store.
3Create a footer scriptCreate a script for all pages, choose footer placement, and paste the complete script.
4Save and testSave the script, open the storefront, and test home, category, product, and cart pages.

Access

Add the public storefront domain.

Add preview or staging domains only while testing.

For headless stores, add the headless storefront hostname rather than the BigCommerce control panel host.

Verify

Stencil themes need the footer scripts output in the theme for footer scripts to render.

Checkout availability can vary by store configuration. Verify where the widget is expected to appear.

If a script manager policy blocks external scripts, use the approved store theme workflow.
