Open /dashboard/chatbots/new, enter the public website URL, and let the app create a draft chatbot while the crawler fetches working same site pages within operational safety caps. AI uses the indexed content to prepare the business summary and setup questions.

Generated business summary

Review the AI summary of services, products, audience, tone, lead needs, contact details, location context, and missing details.

Setup questions

Answer yes or no, single select, multiple select, and text questions so the generated settings match the business.

Generated settings

Confirm name, goal, tone, fallback, instructions, lead capture, handoff, suggested questions, and domain rules before testing.

Playground test

Ask real visitor questions about Q&A, leads, contact details, directions, products, services, and fallback behavior.

Publish and embed

Publish after readiness checks pass, then copy the widget script for the approved website domain.

Credit requirements

Creating a chatbot requires admin level workspace access. AI setup analysis, improvement proposals, replies, and embeddings spend workspace credits.
